Your safety matters. If you have encountered suspicious activity, fraud or a scam on Eventnet, report it here and our Trust & Safety team will investigate within 24-48 hours.
Fraud Awareness
Eventnet will never ask you to pay outside the platform, share your OTP, or transfer money to a personal account. Any vendor or person asking for these things should be reported immediately.
Safety Recommendations
- Only communicate and pay through Eventnet's verified channels
- Never share your OTP, password or banking details with anyone
- Verify the vendor's profile, reviews and verified badge before booking
- Be cautious of unusually cheap offers and urgent payment requests
- Always keep a written record of agreed services and pricing
Common Scam Examples
- A 'vendor' asks for full advance payment to a personal UPI ID
- Someone claiming to be Eventnet support requests your OTP
- Fake booking confirmations sent over WhatsApp from unknown numbers
- Duplicate vendor profiles using stolen photos and reviews
- Refund requests redirecting you to a non-Eventnet website
